We are here to fix tissue issues .Our team is composed of skilled and dynamic therapists trained in a wide

variety of techniques to best facilitate healing, pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness.

Each session is custom tailored to you on that day in that moment.

For Massage, we use stretches, cupping based on Chinese medicine or orthopedic methods, essential oils and hot towels to help you on your healing journey. We use our hands, feet, knees, arms, and elbows to find the best tool for the job. We are bodyworkers. We pay attention to detail. We are here to connect you to your own body and how it moves so ultimately you can heal and feel your best.

For Skincare, we collaborate with you to create a skincare treatment that is best for you and your skincare needs. We offer many facials but each one is modified to work for you and what you need for your skincare goals. 

We are one of the few to offer Barefoot Ashiatsu massage in south Tampa!

Additionally, we offer over 20 amazing skincare services making this the perfect one stop self-care spot!

All of our MASSAGE sessions include hot towels, aromatherapy and cupping.

All of our FACIALS include a paraffin wax treatment and hot stone arm/neck massage.
