Hi, I’m Elena, the owner and founder of Urban Zen Bodywork.
As a fourth-generation Floridian, I’m deeply rooted in this community. I’m also a wife, a mom to two incredible children, and currently preparing to welcome another little one into our family. Those roles have shaped my passion for creating a business centered around connection, compassion, and exceptional care.
My Journey
For nearly 20 years, I've dedicated my life to helping others heal through therapeutic bodywork. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and my passion has always been creating meaningful experiences that help people feel better.
Urban Zen Bodywork began over a decade ago as a one-woman practice. Five years later, I took a leap of faith and opened what many of our clients lovingly call "The Magical Healing Cottage." Today, Urban Zen has grown into a thriving boutique wellness studio with a talented team of massage therapists and skincare professionals who share the same passion for exceptional care.
